Client:	A sizeable multinational consumer electronic and health care products manufacturing group.
Headcount:	One
Location:	GD, China
Job:	Reporting to the GM, the Asst. Factory Manager is the 2nd Man of the 1000 staffed plant and is primarily responsible for leading the Engineering Dept. for product design and manufacturing engineering of electronic hard toys and health care products as well as assisting the GM in the reengineering work of the plant in areas like Production, Material Management, Quality System and Improvements etc.
Requirements:		Degree in Engineering, a higher degree is advantageous but not a pre-requisite;
		At least 7 years of experience in the design and manufacturing engg. function of consumer electronics, health care products; electronic toys;
		Good knowledge of plastics;
		Good experience in BABT, UL and EN safety standards;
		Good system thinking and solid process reengineering experience;
		Smart and strong in cross function teamwork; and
		Good English and Cantonese.
