Client: A listed sizeable electromechanical products design and manufacturing group with 20,000 employees in China
Headcount: One
Location: Shenzhen, China
Job: Responsible for management training, talent development and succession planning of the group in China
Requirements:

Degree in Human Resource Management, an MBA a definite asset

10+ years of management training, development and human resources management experience, of which 5 years must be in managerial capacity
Previous working experience in MNCs essential
Well connected with the China training and consulting community

Familiar with latest management development & training approaches and tools, like 360o evaluation, competency based training, assessment centre

Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills able to work with senior corporate executives
A team player as well as a self starter
Excellent English and Putonghua
