Requirements: |
Degree in Human Resource Management, an MBA a definite asset |

10+ years of management training, development and human resources management experience, of which 5 years must be in managerial capacity | ||
Previous working experience in MNCs essential | ||
Well connected with the China training and consulting community | ||
Familiar with latest management development & training approaches and tools, like 360o evaluation, competency based training, assessment centre |
||
Strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills able to work with senior corporate executives | ||
A team player as well as a self starter | ||
Excellent English and Putonghua |
