Client:	A sizeable listed electrical/electronic component manufacturing group. Owing to its expansion need, our client is looking for an Operation Manager to oversee its manufacturing operation in precision component production and cable assembly.
Headcount:	One
Location:	Guangdong, China.
Job:	The Operation Manager reports directly to the GM and is responsible for the manufacturing operation.
Requirements:		Degree in Engineering, a higher degree is advantageous but not a pre-requisite;
		At least 12 years of production planning and management experience in precision component manufacturing and electronic assembly industry, of which at least 5 years are in senior management level;
		Good hands on experience of manufacturing system management;
		Good practical knowledge of the technologies and best practices of precision component manufacturing and electronic assembly;
		Execellent leading and strategic management skills able to inspire others with vision, drive and energy and orchestrate them to bring about results;
		Strong people management skills, able to balance interests of various internal parties; previous experience in direct leading a sizeable team is essential;
		Assertive and persuasive, able to win support from others;
		Organized and good at presentation; and
		Good spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
